Neil Evans has completed training in Christian mediation from Peacemaker Ministries in the United States and also from the late David Newton of the Accord Group, Sydney.

Neil was CEO of Resolve (Christian Service for Disputes Resolution Inc (trading as Resolve) for about 10 years and during this period conducted a number of successful mediations for church groups and Christian individuals in disputes.

Neil’s passion is to see Christian’s come to the table to honestly try and reach resolution with the assistance of an impartial mediation rather than either ignore the problem hoping it will go away or spending thousands of dollars on lawyers with no sense of resolution at the end of the process.

As an experienced lawyer involved in litigation Neil is only too aware of the personal costs on finance, health and emotion for those who choose the litigation route rather than attempting mediation.

Neil is based in the Thames-Coromandel region and continues to practise law on a part-time basis for a Tauranga-based firm.
